This flexible black-box space on 42nd Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues is configured for small, contained filmshoots, film screenings, exhibits, and performing arts events such as dance, theater, performance art and music.

note: Our two (2) day rental allows all-day/on-site client use on the event day and then returned to the on-site storage by 12 noon the following day. Also, any equipment damaged or lost MUST be repaired or replaced no later than 30 days after the scheduled equipment return date.
