Now the crowd is a-tingle with anticipation.
They gather round to see: Is it "Too much of a task... for a man to take"?
Clearly, the end is drawing near.
Will he ever... finish...this job?
All eyes are on the finish line.
This...is what it's all about.
*
Now Dan rounds the turn...
...and here he comes...
...down the last lap.
The electricity is palpable...
...as he bends to the task at hand.
Be careful. Be careful. Be careful. Be careful.
He has the last brick.
It's heavy.
He makes the turn.
Here he comes down the stretch.
This is it.
Don't drop it. Don't drop it. Don't drop it. Don't drop it.
It is done.
The crowd goes wild!
Wild!
...to have witnessed the accomplishment of this monumental task.
But then the door must close on this endeavour.
Because in the end...
...it was too much of a task...for a man to take.
