Renowned performance artist Dan McKereghan organized "Currency 2002, an International Festival of Contemporary Performance" which ran Thursday - Saturday, October 3-5, 2002 at chashama's former Times Square theater, 135 W. 42 St. in Manhattan. Prior to this historic event he staged a promotional window performance-installation in the 135 W.42nd Street window.
