Our subsidized studio program provides artists with 150 - 800 sq ft workspaces at a 50-90% discount of the market rate. Artists residing in the 5 boroughs are eligible to apply via our formal application process, and selected participants will be given access to a non-smoking, non-living, closed to the public space in a commercial or residential building.

Complete with storage, slop sinks, bathrooms, 24/7 secured access, and communal areas, our studio spaces create a bridge for many into a more intellectually stimulating, professional environment, and allow artists a framework through which they can share their work with other artists, arts enthusiasts, and the general public. Their spaces also serve as creative hubs where participants can bring gallery representatives, collectors, dealers, patrons, and buyers into their work areas and present their creations to those who have the ability to sustain their careers. These meetings also allow them to grow artistically, gain visibility within the arts community, and develop themselves as entrepreneurs.
